These roles were fulfilled while working in a variety of settings from daycares, child centres, schools, home care, and long term care.
Nicole remains passionate to serve the North and beyond. She hopes to support children with their speech and language needs while supporting the demands of waitlists. She continues to learn, advocate, and accept, those that have been identified or identify, as Neurodiverse. Nicole describes herself as Neurodiversity affirming and uses a strength based approach. In addition, she hopes to learn more about supporting families on their breast feeding journey with swallowing support.
When Nicole is not working she is with her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs. Nicole enjoys creating with endless possibilities. She can be found cooking, cake decorating, photography, and various art projects. She enjoys being outside where she might be paddle boarding, taking a sauna at the lake, or fishing.
